For almost all the services such as Profile Creation by Candidate, Profile creation by user company, accessing the profile database, shortlisting the candidates and saving the candidate profile, registration by the visitor is required. To register for these services you have to complete the registration process (i.e. by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form). By registering, you agree to the following terms in addition to any other specific terms which shall be posted at an appropriate location of the Site. The login is done via Mobile OTP.

To access these services, you will be asked to enter Mobile OTP, as chosen by you during your registration. Therefore, we do not permit any of the following:

• Any other person sharing your account.
• Any part of the Site being cached in proxy servers and accessed by individuals who have not registered with Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. as users of the Site or
• Access through a single account being made available to multiple users on a network.

If Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reasonably believe that an account is being used / misused in any manner, Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. shall reserve the right to cancel access rights immediately without notice, and block access to all users from that IP address.

Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your account. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or another party due to someone else using your account.

You represent that you have valid rights and title in any and all Content/Images that you submit on the Site, that you have not infringed on any IPR belonging to any party and further that you will indemnify Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. or its affiliates for all claims arising out of any content that you post on the Site.

Posting/uploading of any information or material, which is harmful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, profane, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, or otherwise unlawful in any manner is prohibited and any person found to be involved in such activity on this website will solely be liable for actions under the applicable laws.

Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility for the said Content / Images. However, you understand that all Content / Images posted by you becomes the property of Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and you agree to grant/assign to Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates, a non-exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, irrevocable and sub-licenseable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such Content / Images (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed throughout the world".

The members aren't allowed to:

• Interfere with the cadcamwale.com website.
• Use profanity on the site.
• Infringe on cadcamwale.com’s intellectual property.
• Create a new account or buy and sell on other existing accounts to avoid restrictions or limits.

When a buyer or seller issue comes up, depending on the particular situation, Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. may consider an individual's performance history and the specific circumstances, which can influence how Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. apply our rules and policies. At our discretion, Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. may choose to be more lenient with policy enforcement, as long as that decision doesn't result in Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. requiring payment from another member. Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to do the right thing for both buyers and sellers.

Cadcamwale.com members:

• Must be at least 18 years old to get involved with Marketplace.
• Can't misrepresent their identities.
• Must always provide valid and complete contact information and must always have a valid email address and mobile number.
• Can't publish the contact information of other members in an online public area.

Cadcamwale members can't use our member-to-member contact options to send spam or threats. The communication used must be professional and pertaining to the subject only.

Ltd. make decisions based on the evidence in the individual situation, as well as by evaluating patterns of behavior that create a negative value in the marketplace. If Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. aren't sure about something or can't prove it with certainty, Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. may not take any action. Also, because Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. respect our members' privacy, Coherent Infotech Pvt. Ltd. can't discuss the results of any investigations.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction:
