The Process Flow

On selecting the Credit Card / Debit Card option:
- You will get redirected to the secured transaction page hosted on the acquiring bank's web server.
- Here the credit card holder will enter his VISA / Master credit card details
On selecting an Net Banking
- As a payment option you will be redirected to the login screen of the destination bank hosted on the respective bank's web server

The refund policy is crystal clear wherein the customer will get the refund, in case of cancellation of subscription or Webinar registration fees, through payment gateway to the account from where the payment is made in 15 to 20 days.
